• FACE MASKS ARE MANDATORY AT ELM SURGERY
• If you have Covid-19 symptoms, please call our surgery on 049 433 1611 so that our Doctor can return your call and triage your symptoms, referring you for testing as appropriate.
• We respectively ask that you DO NOT attend the surgery if you have symptoms of Covid-19, a respiratory infection or have travelled abroad in the previous two weeks to a non-green country flagged on the traffic light system.
